Implosion! we cant tell the difference between reality and simulation - how much of what we are watching is really real or is majority of it scripted? We never ask them question when involving ourselves in the story lines though...
ReplyDeleteThe whole reality tv programme is blurring the line between reality and simulation. It involves taking the characters as a blank white sheet and moulding them into what society requires.
DeleteReality TV shows are no where near reality! Its all scripted and written out for an individual to act - reality TV should ocnsist of natural reactions and first time experiences - not a bad TV show using non actors to play themseleves - they cant even do that well!
ReplyDeleteHaving a 'history' of women? what are women objects to be used and abused? Having a big ego is not attractive and never will be - but sadly in the world of reality - everyone is like that.
ReplyDeleteCulturally, Reality Television constitutes a kind of pornography, titillating the viewer who can watch people engage in humiliating acts for money or fame. Like pornography, someone else’s jost personal actions and emotions become the voyeuristic entertainment of others who would themselves be ashamed to perform these acts publicly. Reality Television exploits the participants as well as the viewer’s curiosity.
